To strenghten our Operations team, we are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics flows, warehouse operations and logistics partners.
This is a hands-on role combining logistics coordination, warehouse management, problem-solving, and day-to-day operational control. You will work closely with Purchasing, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure goods move efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to warehouses
• Manage freight bookings and day-to-day communication with freight forwarders and carriers
• Monitor shipment status, ETD, ETA, and delivery progress
• Coordinate import and customs-related activities
• Ensure all required shipping, import, and export documentation is complete and accurate
• Coordinate deliveries and receiving activities with warehouses
• Monitor inventory accurancy, discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
• Coordinate outbound shipments to distributors, dealers, key accounts, and other customers
• Support Sales Operations and Customer Service with shipment status, delivery updates, and logistics-related issues
• Manage transport exceptions, delays, damages, and logistics claims
• Support inventory counts and warehouse-related operational activities
• Maintain clear visibility on inbound, outbound and in-transit goods
• Contribute to logistics KPI monitoring, including delivery performance, freight costs, lead times, and service levels
• Support the continuous improvement of logistics workflows, systems, and operational procedures to reduce manual work, and increase efficiency Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, or a similar role
• Experience managing international shipments and logistics providers
• Good understanding of import/export processes
• Familiarity with shipping and customs documentation
• Good knowledge of road, air, and sea freight processes
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English Work
