The resource will join the Production Team on a fixed-term contract, based in Florence. The successful candidate will work alongside the Production Manager to ensure that agreed-upon deadlines are met. They will establish strong, proactive relationships with all manufacturers—through weekly calls, on-site visits, and regular communication—in order to anticipate and mitigate potential issues. Job Responsibilities
• Monitoring the advancement of production among suppliers (LG, Shoes, Bijoux)
• Planning and advancement of intermediate manufactures
• Interface with Distribution, Customer Service, Merchandising
• Planning and validation of new season and retroplanning
• Monitoring deleted end season
• Planning with production capacity each supplier
• Advancement of Master and TDS suppliers
• Management SAP, Portal, PLM Profile Bachelor’s or master’s Degree preferably in Business Engineering or Economics; Data analytic skills; Knowledge SAP and Excel; Aptitude for analytical work, with precision and method, Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills; 1 or 2 years’ experience in the role in Luxury Goods or similar fields; Working proficiency in Italian and English (knowledge of French is a plus) Additional Information OUR ENGAGEMENT /

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Givenchy’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance. In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
