We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to join our team
At Qubika, we design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement an AI strategy that integrates agentic workflows into Diagnostics engineering processes.
• Design, build, and optimize AI agents that can assist with engineering tasks throughout the validation and diagnostics lifecycle.
• Develop reusable AI skills, tools, workflows, and frameworks that can be adopted across multiple Diagnostics domains.
• Identify opportunities where AI can significantly improve engineering productivity, quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Work closely with Diagnostics engineers to understand existing workflows and transform them into AI-enabled processes.
• Evaluate emerging Agentic AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and apply them to real engineering problems.
Requirements:
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents, including end-to-end agentic workflows, AI agent skills, and multi-agent systems.
• Deep expertise in prompt engineering and a strong understanding of how AI agents leverage prompts, tools, and skills to solve complex problems.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), reasoning models, retrieval systems (RAG), tool usage, agent architectures, MCP (Model Context Protocol), tool-calling architectures, and agent tool integration.
• Strong experience integrating AI agents with development tools, engineering workflows, and external systems.
• Experience developing production-quality AI solutions rather than isolated proofs of concept.
• Ability to independently evaluate, prototype, and implement emerging Agentic AI technologies.
• Demonstrated success applying AI agents to improve engineering productivity and automate software engineering workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
What we offer
• Exciting and innovative projects for disruptive start-ups and world-class companies.
• A creative working environment with a positive and collaborative atmosphere within an open-minded community.
• A senior team that offers mentorship opportunities to help you excel in your career.
• Various benefits include flexible work hours, ongoing skill development, language lessons, travel opportunities, engaging activities, expert talks, and more.
