• Supporting the creation of content to communicate employee engagement programs, from a storytelling perspective;
• Contributing to the design and creation of digital and visual contents (newsletters, advertising materials, etc.);
• Assisting the team in managing and scheduling communications according to the internal calendar and support in deploying engagement and people care activities;
• Coordination of internal engagement and communication channels. Qualification
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Good use of Design Tools (Canva,InDesign, Adobe Premier, Photoshop) and a strong interest in digital areas;
• Creative and digital communication background;
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for writing and storytelling;
• Creative and innovative approach, with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual formats;
• Proactive, problem-solving, proven team worker and collaborative work relationship, organizational and timing skills. Your Future Experience With Us
