GMP Materials

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a GMP Materials & Compliance Specialist in one of our opportunities in the Life Sciences industry in Latina (fully onsite position) ? 👉 Your missions?
• Manage GMP material master data for purchased materials and products,
• Assess material compliance for the intended use, in line with applicable procedures and national and international regulations.
• Review and maintain material information required for GMP activities, quality controls and material disposition.
• Work with suppliers to resolve material master data issues identified during incoming inspections or material testing.
• Support Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams in the review and disposition of materials.
• Ensure that material records in SAP are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Prepare product safety risk assessments when required.
• Maintain clear documentation and support continuous updates to material-related procedures and records. ✍️

Your profile
?
• Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment, preferably in Quality, Quality Control, supplier quality or material management.
• Good knowledge of SAP, with previous experience managing material master data considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of EU-GMP, 21 CFR Part 210 and 211, ICH guidelines and relevant Pharmacopoeias.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Italian native or C2 level. ✨ What do

• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 24,000 – EUR 36,000).
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector, CCNL Commercio.
