We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Product Development Specialist to provide high quality support to our customers. Your Growth Opportunities:
• Lead the technical development of assigned systems and components from concept to production.
• Manage technical interactions with suppliers and support project execution to meet quality, cost, timing, and performance targets.
• Define technical specifications, development documentation, and validation activities.
• Support testing, problem-solving, and product industrialization.
• Drive innovation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to cost management and ensure compliance with company standards and development processes. Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
• Master's Degree in Mechanical, Vehicle, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive product development.
• Knowledge of component or system development from concept to production launch.
• Experience in preparing technical specifications, DFMEA, DVP&R, and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools such as CATIA V5/V6, NX, Teamcenter, or ENOVIA.
• Understanding of automotive development processes, validation activities, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Italian and English Total compensation:
