Further information is available on the Company’s website PRIMARY FUNCTION The Junior Buyer Intern will join the Procurement team and support daily procurement operations, gaining hands-on experience across key purchasing processes within an international and dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
include: Support the creation and update of purchase orders in SAP Monitor order confirmations and delivery status Assist with invoice checks and support the resolution of discrepancies Collect and organize purchasing data and information Help prepare reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards Maintain procurement documentation and supplier records Support the Purchasing team in daily activities and ongoing projects Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing operations EDUCATION & SKILLS Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably Management Engineering), Economics, Business Administration, or related fields and students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program and seeking an internship opportunity Good analytical skills and attention to detail Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
