Join Our Dynamic Team We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Project Management for SAP S/4HANA to lead and support complex transformation initiatives, helping clients deliver effective solutions and achieve their business objectives. 📍

Location:
Milan or Turin Your Role & Responsibilities As part of an international team, you will lead and coordinate client-facing SAP S/4HANA projects, working with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to plan delivery, manage risks, and achieve sustainable outcomes, including:
• Planning and managing SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformations, and rollouts from initiation through go-live and post-go-live support.
• Defining project scope, objectives, governance, delivery approach, work plans, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Leading cross-functional teams, coordinating business, functional, technical, and integration workstreams, and fostering effective collaboration.
• Managing project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests, and taking timely action to keep delivery on track.
• Building trusted relationships with client sponsors and stakeholders, facilitating steering committees and project meetings, and communicating status, decisions, and recommendations clearly.
• Overseeing project deliverables and quality across key phases, including requirements, solution design, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and deployment.
• Supporting organizational change and business readiness activities to help clients adopt new SAP-enabled processes and ways of working.
• Managing project financials and resource utilization, escalating delivery concerns, and supporting commercial and contractual governance.
• Contributing to proposals, project planning, and the development of project management approaches and practices.
• Coaching project team members and supporting their development while maintaining a collaborative, accountable delivery culture. Background & Experience
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Governance, Service Management, or Release Management roles.
• Experience working on SAP, ERP, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Experience managing stakeholder communications at different organizational levels.
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
