More at www.k-way.com Who we are looking for K-Way is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to bring our commercial and brand calendar to life through email across our international markets. You will manage campaigns from brief to send, working closely with Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce and local teams to deliver communications that feel relevant to our customers and true to the brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative pace of fashion and the discipline of using data to improve results.
• At least 4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM campaigns or a similar role, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, sportswear or ecommerce.
• Hands-on experience building and sending campaigns through an email marketing platform. Klaviyo experience is a strong advantage, but is not required.
• A good understanding of segmentation, campaign testing and email best practices.
• Confidence reading KPIs, identifying what is driving performance and adjusting the plan accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage several campaigns and stakeholders at once.
• A feel for product, brand storytelling and the rhythm of a fashion calendar.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and comfort working with teams across different markets.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus. Key responsabilities
• Translate the commercial and marketing plan into an email calendar, coordinating launches, seasonal stories, product priorities and key trading moments with the relevant teams.
• Build, test, schedule and send email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring every communication is accurate, on brand and ready for each market.
• Work with local market teams to adapt campaign priorities, content, timing and offers to their customers and business needs.
• Recommend and implement audience targeting and segmentation to make campaigns more relevant and effective.
• Partner with creative, content and ecommerce teams on briefs, product selection, copy and assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement, turning the numbers into clear recommendations for future sends.
• Run tests across subject lines, content, audiences and send times, and share what works with the wider team.
• Support the improvement of automated email journeys alongside the broader CRM team.
• Support the Head of CRM in developing the new K-Way’s CRM ecosystem, helping improve customer journeys, audience segmentation and the tools and processes that connect our markets. • Salary Package: from approximately € 25.000 up to a maximum of € 30.000, depending on the overall assessment of the candidate's profile and the position.
