• Canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners about roofing needs
• Educating customers on storm damage and insurance claims
• Performing roof inspections (with training and support)
• Managing leads and pipeline using tools like Google Workspace and Slack
• Generating your own leads to build a sales pipeline, with assigned leads as you perform
• Following up, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships Compensation

• $500/week paid during training What You’ll Learn To Graduate, Reps Must Complete
• Real-world roof inspections
• Sales presentations (Roof-in-a-Bag & company presentation)
• Digital analysis and written tests Post-Bootcamp Growth Plan After graduation, Roof Squad will continue to support your growth as you start sales at your local branch. Weeks 3–6 (Paid Training Phase)
• $500/week base support
• Minimum: 3 self-generated leads per week
• Target: 6+ leads per week Weeks 3–8 Performance Incentive
• Generate 6 leads/week for 6 weeks (36 total)
• Earn a $2,000 bonus Week 9+
• Transition into full production mode
• Ongoing weekly training with local managers
