Location:
Basel, Switzerland We are looking for an experienced aviation maintenance professional to lead aircraft completion, modification, and maintenance activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, and on-time delivery. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, supporting both operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a dynamic maintenance environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate aircraft maintenance, modification, and completion activities in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures Supervise daily work activities, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule Ensure full compliance with EASA Part-21 and Part-145 requirements, including: Aircraft inspections Torque application and verification Installation and verification of locking devices Sealing procedures Inserts installation EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) requirements Verify that maintenance documentation, task sign-offs, tool control, and inspection processes are completed accurately Perform certification and inspection duties within the scope of authorization, including return-to-service activities where applicable Identify, report, and support the resolution of technical issues and non-conformities Ensure the correct use, handling, and control of tools, equipment, and aircraft materials Promote a strong safety culture, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment. Support operational flexibility and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements Qualifications Valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or C Aircraft Maintenance License with relevant aircraft type ratings 5+ years hands on experience in aircraft base maintenance 4+ years of experience as Part-21 Certifying Staff. Strong knowledge of Part-21 and Part-145 regulations and compliance requirements Team leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, airworthiness requirements, and aviation regulatory standards Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and support operational objectives
