360 PAY is a leading provider of payment and supply solutions supporting the movement of freight vehicles across Europe. We are a dynamic group of companies with an active M&A program. This is our Pricing Analyst role for those who seek challenges, possess a strong sense for detail, have an analytical mindset and are ready to contribute to the development of our company. The position is based in Milan, Italy within the Strategy and M&A team.
The Pricing Analyst Role
As a Pricing Analyst, you will own dedicated group-level price monitoring and reporting, supporting commercial decision-making across our Group of companies. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales, and finance to track pricing performance, support the pricing budgeting process, and surface new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and own dedicated group-level price monitoring and reporting.
• Analyze pricing strategies, revenue streams, and customer profitability to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform commercial decisions.
• Develop pricing models to assess business opportunities and risks.
• Support commercial and finance teams with forecasting and budgeting.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, BI tools, and ERP/CRM systems. What We’re Looking For

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus and may substitute for part of the required work experience.

Experience:
1–3 years in a pricing, financial, or reporting/FP&A role (e.g., Pricing Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Business Analyst).
• Technical
Skills:
Strong Excel modeling, experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL), and ERP/CRM systems.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights.
• Communication
Skills:
Strong ability to present findings clearly to leadership teams.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of pricing strategies, budgeting cycles, and performance tracking against commercial targets.
