Mechatronic Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) Novara, Italy | req32309 What You Will Enjoy Doing In this role, you will handle routine and emergency maintenance activities on industrial equipment and machinery You will oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems Moreover, you will support the maintenance automated systems and production lines to ensure optimal performance You manage equipment monitoring to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety standard You carry out predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities You prepare and update technical and maintenance documentation You will be hired under the metalworking national collective agreement, with a gross annual salary between €29,000 and €33,000, and meal vouchers worth €10 for each working day What Makes You Great You have a technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar), with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within structured industrial/manufacturing environments You can interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics accurately, and you use diagnostic and measurement tools confidently You have hands‑on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation, and you know the Machinery Directive and PED Directive 2014/68/EU Moreover, you are available to work shifts and You possess a strong safety‑oriented mindset You embrace continuous improvement and innovation, you collaborate effectively across teams, and you communicate confidently in English You are familiar with MaintainX or similar CMMS tools, and you have contributed to Root Cause Analysis activities Also, you show strong problem‑solving skills, and you are willing to join the First Aid and Fire Safety response team Why you will love working with us Linde AMT Italy Srl offers a comprehensive array of high-performance coatings and technologies in the following fields of application: automotive, oil & gas, paper, textile, printing, chemical, avio, and other industries in general.
