We are looking for a People Business Partner Manager who will be responsible for leading the HR function within Agorai Innovation Hub, working closely with management to support the organization's growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities
of the role will include:
• Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions
• Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
• Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes
• Supporting development and learning initiatives
• Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed
• Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures
• Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Promoting a positive, international and inclusive company culture
• Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects The role is based in Trieste and includes a hybrid work model, offering flexibility through remote working days. Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics
• At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Insurance sector and/or IT companies
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
• Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken) Soft

employment at the Funzionario level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. Gross annual salary ranging between 57K and 70K.
