• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and design teams across multiple projects and market sectors
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective engineering solutions that meet business and client requirements
• Drive engineering excellence through the implementation of standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee engineering resource planning, utilization, performance, and capability development
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project execution, innovation, and business growth Show Your Expertise
• University degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• Several years of leadership experience in engineering and design management within project-based industries
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, project execution, quality management, and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong business and customer focus The salary range for this position is between € 77’300 and 103’900 gross per year (full-time). The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.
