Overview Moncler is looking for a Full-Time Floor Supervisor to join our team in Serravalle. As a key member of the boutique leadership team, the Floor Supervisor will play a critical role in driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business. Acting as a role model on the sales floor, this individual will inspire and develop the team, foster a client-centric culture and contribute to the achievement of store objectives through effective leadership and execution. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Floor Supervisor will collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold Moncler's elevated standards of service, operational efficiency, and brand representation. Your Impact
• Consistently embody and promote Moncler's Sales and Service standards, ensuring an exceptional and memorable client experience at every touchpoint.
• Drive sales performance and productivity through proactive management of key performance indicators, including Sales, UPT, Conversion Rate, Client Data Capture, Productivity, and Inventory metrics.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve individual and collective objectives.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing talent capable of driving business results while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring full compliance with company initiatives, training programmes, CRM and Client Engagement Management (CEM) strategies, and selling excellence standards.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and the protection of company assets through effective scheduling, inventory control, cash management, shipping and receiving activities, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Analyse sales and productivity reports to identify opportunities, implement action plans, and support sustainable business growth.
• Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are consistently maintained in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Store Manaer to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven team environment. Qualification
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within luxury retail, including proven success in floor supervision and team leadership roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and exceed business objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications We would particularly value candidates who demonstrate:

• Employment under the CCNL Tessile collective agreement.
• Gross annual salary range: €30,000–€35,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
