We are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join our Customer Applications and Integration Competence Center and become part of our team based in Calderara di Reno (BO). MISSION The position offers hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms from day one, primarily SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce, in a global enterprise environment. The candidate will work alongside experienced IT colleagues and business process owners, contributing to platform evolution, functional analysis, and application initiatives. A strong learning attitude and curiosity are valued more than prior platform-specific experience. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to solution analysis and design activities on SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce, working alongside senior colleagues and business process owners. Participate in application initiatives and delivery activities, coordinating with internal colleagues and external system integrators. Develop familiarity with enterprise processes and how Customer Applications support global customer-facing operations across regions and business units. Support operational issue analysis and resolution, coordinating with external system integrators when needed. Develop familiarity with the integration landscape connecting Customer Applications to backend systems such as SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and external partners. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 0 to 2 years of experience; relevant internship or project work is valued. Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, REST APIs, JSON). Strong curiosity for enterprise Customer Applications platforms and motivation to build expertise across the full portfolio over time. Good written and spoken English. Nice to Have: Hands-on exposure to SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, or other CRM/eCommerce platforms. Basic knowledge of integration and API management concepts (REST, OData, API lifecycle). Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and emerging AI integration patterns. Familiarity with Agile methodologies or collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Asana, Jira, or similar). Knowledge of DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines and release management. COMPENSATION PACKAGE The annual compensation range for this position is € 30,000
- € 35,000, with additional benefits. This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
