About the Role
To support major digital transformation initiatives and international SAP S/4HANA roll-outs we are expanding our Enterprise Solutions practice. We are seeking talented and driven SAP Functional Consultants specializing in core Supply Chain and Operations processes:
• Sales & Distribution / Order-to-Cash (SAP SD / OTC)
• Materials Management & Procurement / Procure-to-Pay (SAP MM / PTP) Whether you are a seasoned specialist ready to drive end-to-end implementations or an experienced consultant looking to step up into project coordination and architectural leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping state-of-the-art enterprise landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Analysis & Blueprinting: Gather and translate complex business requirements into robust functional designs and technical specifications; map "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" operational workflows.
• System Configuration & Customizing: Perform hands-on customization on SAP SD (pricing, order management, shipping, billing) or SAP MM (purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, MRP).
• Roll-out & Integration: Actively participate in SAP S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield implementations and roll-outs; ensure seamless integration with cross-functional modules (FI, CO, PP, EWM) and legacy platforms.
• Testing & Go-Live Enablement: Oversee integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, end-user enablement, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Interface & Solution Lifecycle (Senior / Lead track):
• Supervise interface design, custom developments (ABAP / EDI / IDocs / APIs), and debugging.
• Coordinate project resources and offshore/nearshore application support (AMS).
• Act as the key liaison between C-level stakeholders, business process owners, and technical delivery teams. Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:
• Mid-Level: Minimum 3 years of hands-on functional experience in SAP SD or SAP MM.
• Senior / Lead: 5+ years of demonstrable track record leading S/4HANA migration, template roll-out, or complex AMS delivery.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay) within Manufacturing, Automotive, or Retail industries.
• Technical Acumen: Proven familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA architectures, table structures, and cross-module integrations.
• Language

Skills:
• For SD tracks: Fluency in English (B2/C1, written and spoken) is required.
• For MM tracks: Fluency in Italian is mandatory; professional English proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Mobility: Willingness to comply with the 1 day/week onsite presence at the Milan or Reggio Emilia competence centers.

What We Offer
• Competitive Compensation Package:
• Mid-Level Consultant (3–5 years): €30,000 – €45,000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL)
• Senior Consultant / Functional Lead (5+ years): €37,000 – €55,000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL) (Final remuneration evaluated based on proven technical expertise, seniority, and autonomy).
