* Crafting, planning, and pricing high-end, tailor-made itineraries, taking care of every single detail for the US market. • *End-to-End Management:
* Full client ownership, from the initial brief to on-trip concierge assistance, through to post-trip follow-up. • *Supplier Development:
* Sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with top-tier partners (boutique hotels, exclusive guides, VIP transfers, and unique experiences). • *Premium Consulting:
* Transforming complex requests from a highly demanding clientele into flawless, exclusive, and seamless proposals. *The profile we are looking for:
* • *Seniority:
* Solid experience of *at least 10 years
* as a Travel Designer, with a specific and proven focus on the US market and the dynamics of high-net-worth / luxury tourism. • *Languages:
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level or native speaker). • *Technical
Skills:
* Deep destination knowledge, strong pricing/calculation abilities, and proficiency in the main travel industry software. • *Soft
Skills:
* Strong customer care orientation, empathy, fast execution, exceptional problem-solving, and a manic attention to detail. *Contract & Compensation:
* • Direct employment at Level 3 (or higher) of the Italian National Collective Agreement (CCNL Turismo
