About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Commis Runner to support our Cocktail Waiters and floor team. You will be essential in keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting service, assisting with set-up and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the back-of-house operations run seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-end environment and to develop a deep understanding of premium hospitality operations. Prerequisites Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Team player with a flexible, proactive approach Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas) Recruitment Timeline CV screening begins in February Interviews start mid-February
