Genoa, Italy 👤 Reports to: Traffic Manager ECOM Italia is looking for a dynamic and motivated Traffic & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Trieste. The role will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting the management of the supply chain and ensuring efficient coordination between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and the internal team. 📦
Key responsibilities
• Support and monitor day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations
• Coordinate shipments and follow up on deliveries
• Manage customer service activities, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders and other logistics partners
• Support order management, documentation and administrative activities
• Monitor operational deadlines and proactively address potential issues
• Contribute to improving logistics processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure smooth business continuity and high service standards 🔎 What we are looking for
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, traffic or a similar operational role
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills and confidence working with business software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic, motivated, resourceful and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset 🎯 The objective Your goal will be to ensure that our customers’ requirements are met, logistics processes run efficiently and daily operations are executed accurately and on time. 🤝
