Your opportunity
Are you passionate about manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment while working on real projects that make an impact? As a Manufacturing Projects Trainee, you will work closely with the Manufacturing Light Parts Leader and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Production Engineering, and Quality Control. You will contribute to the optimization of inspection processes, support the introduction of innovative measurement tools, and take part in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency within the department.
Your Mission
Support the analysis, configuration, and implementation of an optical scanning inspection system for dimensional verification of machined components;
Develop a reporting system for the storage and traceability of measurements collected through the optical scanning system, in line with existing quality control guidelines;
Analyze and proposing layout optimization solutions aimed at improving inbound and outbound operations, as well as queue management within the department.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Good command of English, both written and spoken. Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of mechanical drawing and technical documentation; Familiarity with dimensional inspection techniques and measuring instruments; Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting; Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate with different stakeholders.
