Role Description The "Store Lead – Chapters Milano" is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role includes leading and supporting the store team, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising that reflect the brand’s curated narrative. The Store Lead will actively engage in retail sales, guide customers through product stories, and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. They will manage stock levels, ensure the store is well-organized, and support onboarding and training of team members to uphold service, presentation, and operational standards. The role also involves collaborating with management on performance targets, providing feedback, and contributing ideas to enhance store performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers and build lasting relationships
Proven experience in Retail Sales and Organization Skills to manage daily operations, inventory, and visual merchandising effectively
Experience in Training and supporting team members, including coaching on service standards and sales techniques
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or fashion environment preferred.
Ability to work full time on-site in Milan, including weekends and peak retail periods.
Interest in fashion, design, and contemporary culture, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail setting.
Proficiency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are a plus
