• Lead daily operations across Rome-area restaurants
• Drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Control food cost, labour cost and operating expenses
• Ensure quality, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Recruit, train and develop Store Managers and teams
• Support new restaurant openings
• Analyse reports and set action plans with HQ teams Who we’re looking for Must-have
• 3+ years as Area or District Manager (restaurants or multi-site retail)
• Proven leadership of large, multi-site teams
• Results focus and strong data analysis skills
• Advanced Excel
• Availability to travel across Rome-area restaurants
• Category B licence
• Professional working proficiency in English Nice-to-have
• Degree in Business, Management or related field
• QSR / fast casual experience
• Start-up or fast-growth chain experience
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish
