About the Role
As part of the Bybit Fiat team, we are looking for a P2P Regional Operations Manager to drive growth and operational performance across Latin American markets. You will be responsible for merchant ecosystem development, user growth, market expansion, and day-to-day P2P operational excellence in the region. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who deeply understands the LatAm crypto and fintech landscape, is passionate about building P2P ecosystems, and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. You will work closely with local merchants and users on the ground while coordinating with global Product, Marketing, Community, and Customer Service teams. This role is fully remote, based in a Latin American country with proximity to the local merchant community.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Operational Ownership Own day-to-day P2P business performance across assigned LatAm markets. Monitor regional KPIs including transaction volume, competitiveness, user growth, and dispute patterns. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve platform efficiency and user experience. Provide localised business insights and contribute to the regional P2P strategy and product roadmap. Manage local currency operations and develop deep understanding of regional payment methods and dynamics. Merchant Ecosystem Development Drive merchant recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and performance tracking across the region. Design and execute merchant incentive programs and quality improvement initiatives. Oversee and grow the merchant community to maintain a healthy, active, and engaged P2P ecosystem. Serve as the primary liaison between Bybit and the LatAm merchant community. Handle merchant support operations including dispute resolution, escalation management, and operational troubleshooting. User Growth & Market Expansion Drive user acquisition initiatives and campaign rollouts across LatAm markets. Lead regional P2P go-to-market initiatives and growth campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Community. Identify and execute market expansion opportunities within the region. Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention metrics to optimize growth strategies. Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate with local market teams to align operations with country-specific dynamics and user behavior. Work with Product to communicate regional needs, test new P2P features, and support local rollout. Collaborate with Marketing and Community on regional campaigns and user education. Coordinate with Customer Service to support dispute resolution and ensure efficient handling of user cases. Market Insights Analyze regional P2P market trends, pricing dynamics, payment methods, and competitive landscape. Develop deep understanding of local currency ecosystems, banking infrastructure, and user preferences. Surface insights from market research and merchant feedback to Product, Marketing, and CS teams. What We're Looking For Must Have 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, business development, or product operations – ideally in crypto, fintech, marketplaces, or P2P platforms. Strong merchant operations

experience:
recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization. Proven track record in user growth, user acquisition, or market expansion. Solid understanding of dispute resolution and merchant/user support workflow. Fluent in Spanish (native or near-native); strong working proficiency in English. Deep knowledge of LatAm fintech/crypto markets, payment methods, and user behavior. Comfortable with dashboards, data-driven decision-making, and translating metrics into actions. Self-driven, comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment. Based in a Latin American country with proximity to the local merchant ecosystem. Nice to Have Portuguese language proficiency. Direct experience with P2P platforms, crypto exchanges, or digital asset ecosystems. Experience with growth campaigns, user acquisition strategies, or market launches in LatAm. Familiarity with merchant community management in a marketplace or P2P environment.
