Are you a strategic relationship builder who knows how to convert conversations into partnerships and sales? Penji is seeking a Partnership Coordinator to take booked meetings and turn them into business outcomes—affiliate partnerships, sponsorships, referral agreements, and direct sales. You'll receive qualified meetings from the outreach team and determine the best path forward for each prospect: Are they a potential affiliate? A sponsor opportunity? A referral partner? Or a direct customer? Your goal is to assess each conversation, identify the opportunity, and push toward a sale or formal partnership agreement. If you're a closer who can read people, spot opportunities, and drive deals forward, apply to join Penji today.
Responsibilities
Meetings & Discovery – Conduct discovery calls from the outreach team to learn prospects’ businesses, goals, and fit.
Opportunity & Partner Path – Rapidly determine the best partnership route (affiliate, sponsor, referral, collaboration, or direct customer).
Proposal & Negotiation – Draft custom partnership or sales proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
Relationship & Follow‑Up – Maintain post‑meeting relationships, lead prospects through decision‑making, and persistently follow up until an agreement, sale, or disqualification.
Pipeline & Activation – Track meetings, partnership types, deal stages, and next actions; onboard closed partners, clarify roles, and launch their contributions.
Performance & Reporting – Monitor conversion rates by partnership type, analyze patterns for targeting, report on meetings/outcomes/revenue, and coordinate with outreach/marketing.
Continuous Improvement – Test structures, incentives, and pitches to increase close rates.
