Our Pescara site is a key innovation and manufacturing hub for Mobile Power Solutions, and we are now looking for our next star: a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our team. About the position As Mechanical Engineer you will have deep knowledge of EMEA MPS product portfolio and will help to the product strategy together with major key stakeholders, such as PD, Sales, Marketing, etc. to ensure a profitable growth in their respective ownership of a certain product portfolio. Your main responsibilities
• Design of mechanical details of power Mechanicals.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate user requirements into technical specifications and implement innovative solutions.
• Support all stages of development from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and other technical problems.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain).
• Together with the marketing department Product Manager ensures a successful market launch and customer communication and event planning (e.g. trade fairs etc.), to make sure that the products are positioned and recognized as intended by the market.
• Will continuously monitor competitors, related technology, and markets trends
• Will continuously test products and support and facilitate their validation
• Additional Responsibilities in Cooperation with Marketing & Sales: Product presentations & Product trainings (train internal sales teams, support for special customer events) What do

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:
• Solid academic education in Engineering
• Experience in product development and in using 3D cad (Solidworks SolidEDGE or similar)
• Experience in testing and validating products.
• Knowledge of power Mechanicals and their topology and control schemes.
• Experience in Industrialization of products to easy assemble
• Knowledge in automotive environment, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Knowledge and familiarity with EMC automotive standards (UN ECE).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Fluent Italian in English to communicate with team members and report to project management.
• Experience in working with Microsoft O365 tools, PIM & ERP systems, Project Management Tools (e.g. Antura, Wrike)
