YOUR ROLE As a Seasonal Brand Retail Intern, you will join the Brand Engagement Department at Philip Morris Italia, reporting to the Seasonal Brand Retail Supervisor. You will support the planning and activation of temporary lounges in high-footfall locations across the country, helping to engage and retain consumers. The role involves coordinating lounge activities, monitoring performance, analyzing consumer insights, and contributing to communication plans aimed at driving engagement, traffic, and overall lounge effectiveness. What You’ll Do
• Assist in preparing internal presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (brand & content, social media, loyalty, trade, etc.) to support the execution of activation plans.
• Help with preparatory activities for lounge openings, including utility activation, shipments, visual merchandising and equipment orders.
• Support daily back‑office operations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Perform data analysis, tracking, and preparation of reports and ensure correct data flow between systems and teams. Skills & Capabilities
• University degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Customer-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, complemented by creativity, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting, as well as solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI) to support analysis, reporting and process optimization.

We offer
an Internship of 6 months length, full time. For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
