At Fastweb + Vodafone, we are looking for a Network Orchestration Engineer Expert for the Team Orchestration & Fulfilment In qualità di Network Orchestration Engineer le tue attività e responsabilità saranno le seguenti:
• Elaborare le strategie, i piani e le iniziative per l’implementazione del provisioning della rete e dei servizi in ottica Network as a Service (NaaS).
• Progettare, sviluppare e manutenere workflows di orchestrazione per l'attivazione e la gestione di servizi di rete (es. connettività, VPN, servizi cloud, rete mobile, core, voice).
• Valutare e integrare soluzioni di AI/ML per l'ottimizzazione predittiva della rete, l'anomaly detection, il digital twin e l'automazione intelligente dei processi di orchestrazione
• Collaborare con i team di Ingegneria di Rete, Sviluppo IT e Product Management per definire i requisiti e implementare nuove soluzioni.
• Supportare l’integrazione tra sistemi di rete e sistemi IT eterogenei attraverso l'uso di API (REST, NETCONF, gRPC, TMF641).
• Supportare lo sviluppo e la manutenzione evolutiva di modelli di servizio (es. utilizzando YANG) per standardizzare e automatizzare la configurazione degli apparati di rete.
• Effettuare attività di troubleshooting e problem solving su processi di automazione complessi.
• Gestire i progetti secondo le priorità aziendali, curandone la pianificazione e il controllo.
• Gestire partner e fornitori monitorando qualità, know-how e rispetto dei processi e dei tempi.
• Contribuire all’evoluzione della rete, gestendo anche processi di scouting di nuovi prodotti e fornitori.
• Supportare ed incentivare l'adozione di metodologie Agile/DevOps per lo sviluppo, la validazione e la messa in esercizio degli applicativi. REQUISITI ESSENZIALI
• Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni o discipline STEM equivalenti.
• Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli legati all'automazione di rete, service/resource Orchestration e zero-touch Operation in ambito telco/IT.
• Solide conoscenze in ambito Networking e Sicurezza delle reti.
• Familiarità con le architetture a microservizi e l'utilizzo di API.
• Ottimo approccio all’analisi, al problem solving e capacità di lavorare in gruppi eterogenei.
• Eccellente capacità di relazione con clienti interni, fornitori e altre funzioni aziendali. REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI
• Conoscenza dei framework TMForum (es. TMF641, TMF638, TMF639, architetture ODA, etc..) e Mplify.
• Conoscenza delle architetture mobili 5G (core, access, FWA) e/o delle architetture fisse (accesso, backbone, core).
• Conoscenza di AI/ML applicata alle reti (es. predictive analytics, anomaly detection, digital twin, network optimization).
• Esperienza con strumenti di Generative AI per automazione, documentazione tecnica e supporto allo sviluppo.
• Esperienza nella gestione di team di progetto.
• Esperienza pregressa di ingegnerizzazione/sviluppo di sistemi ICT Retribuzione a partire da 39.000 euro annui lordi + PdR. The final financial offer may exceed the indicated value and will be determined based on demonstrated skills, the level of autonomy, and the actual scope of responsibility assumed in the role.
