Legal & Compliance Lead, Pro Bono Collaboration

⚖️ We’re looking for a Legal & Compliance Lead to join VitaAvanza in Trento. VitaAvanza is an early-stage startup building technology for institutions working with people navigating complex support systems, and as our pilots, partnerships and product grow, so does the legal work behind them. We’re looking for someone based in Trento who wants to join us as a pro bono collaborator and take ownership of VitaAvanza’s legal and compliance area. You would work closely with me and the rest of the team on areas such as:
• Corporate governance and internal legal documentation
• Contracts, NDAs, MoUs and partnership agreements
• GDPR, privacy and data protection
• AI governance and regulatory compliance
• Reviewing agreements connected to pilots with universities, public institutions and partner organisations
• Intellectual property and general startup legal matters
• Helping us identify legal risks before they become problems Who we’re looking for Someone studying or working in law, ideally with an interest in corporate law, technology, privacy, AI regulation or startups. You don’t need to know everything already. What matters most is that you are reliable, curious, comfortable taking responsibility and genuinely interested in building something from an early stage. 📍

This is not a traditional corporate legal role. You would be joining an early-stage team, sitting directly at the table where product, partnerships, governance and strategy are being built.
