Energy Dome provides power and capacity at utility scale. Our CO2 Battery, the core of our technology platform, is a proven long-duration energy storage solution, already operating and contracted across three continents. Right now, we’re scaling fast across engineering, project delivery, operations, and commercial teams globally. Energy Dome is an infrastructure company — our projects get built, our plants get commissioned, and the power we deliver is measured in gigawatt-hours, not press releases. If you want to work on energy systems that matter — and will run for decades — this is the place to build the next chapter of your career.
We are expanding our Project Management team and we are looking for multiple Project Managers with different levels of seniority, from approximately 3 to 15 years of relevant experience, to support our growing portfolio of international projects.
Based in Milan, our Project Managers will lead the execution of complex EPC projects, currently primarily located in the United States, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
The level of responsibility and project complexity will be aligned with each candidate’s experience and seniority.
Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall project performance.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities and interfaces.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and key project stakeholders in an international environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
• Manage contractual and commercial interfaces, changes and claims in coordination with the relevant functions.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to management and key stakeholders.
• Support and oversee site activities during construction and commissioning phases.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Approximately 3 to 15 years of Project Management experience, depending on seniority.
• Solid experience in EPC/EPCM projects, preferably within energy, power generation, Oil & Gas, renewables, industrial plants or complex infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing projects of significant scale and technical complexity, appropriate to the candidate's seniority.
• For senior profiles, proven end-to-end responsibility for large-scale, complex EPC projects is a key requirement.
• Strong project management capabilities across cost, schedule, risk and contract management.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Fluent professional English.
• Previous experience on US projects is a plus.
• Availability for frequent international travel and presence at project sites when required.
What We Offer
• The opportunity to join a young, dynamic and international environment and contribute to the growth of one of the most exciting scale-ups in the global energy transition landscape.
• Annual gross base salary from €35,000 to €85,000, depending on experience and seniority.
• Participation in the company Stock Option Plan.
