Within this context, Lift-Tek Elecar is looking for a Production Planner to join its Operations team. Production Planner reports directly to the Planning Manager. Your new challenge: We are looking for a motivated and analytical Production Planner who will play a key role in coordinating production planning activities and ensuring alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to:
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity and operational priorities.
• Monitor production progress and proactively manage plan deviations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering and other business functions to ensure alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the optimization of planning processes and scheduling activities.
• Contribute to effective communication and coordination across the organization to achieve operational excellence. Essential

requirements:
• Experience, or strong potential, in Production Planning, Scheduling or Operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JDE or equivalent).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines. Languages and level of knowledge
• Good written and spoken English. Location Castel San Giovanni (PC), Italy Contract Permanent Compensation
• Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €35,000
- €45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
