Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun loving, and hardworking Senior Optician to join our Shop in Milan. This individual enjoys providing superior customer service, is a team player, and has a high degree of emotional intelligence. A love for fashion and a level of excellence is a must. Tasks & Responsibilities Eye-Tests and Customer Service:
• Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide customers with clear directions and provide all information regarding products and services
• Understanding of the MOSCOT brand and story and ability to communicate this heritage to the customer
• Create a memorable MOSCOT Shop experience
• Collaborate with MOSCOT family members to keep shop tidy and organized
• Answer and direct phone calls as needed
• Respond and collaborate with lab and shop teams on all orders Inventory Control:
• Assist with cycle counts, receipts, and returns of frame and stock lens inventory
• Process inter-shop transfers in the POS system
• Confirm that tickets match the physical frame Requirements
• Licensed as optician, with previous experience in Retail shops
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Clear and articulate communication skills with empathy towards customers
• Weekend and Holiday availability required.
