Role Purpose
Develop content and tools supporting the trade channel (tour operators, agencies, B2B partners), ensuring brand consistency, information accuracy, and commercial effectiveness across all trade-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Create, write, and update B2B content for the trade channel (product sheets, sales presentations, FIT/group contracts, partner extranets). Ensure product information (properties, rates, board types, policies) is kept accurate and consistent across all trade channels and partner platforms (TO extranets, GDS, DMC portals). Support the Sales team with materials for trade shows, workshops, and commercial presentations. Coordinate photo/video and copy production for trade audiences, in partnership with Marketing. Oversee the quality and accuracy of content published on TO/TA portals and B2B platforms. Monitor the information needs of the trade channel and propose improvements to sales-support tools.
Requirements:
Degree in Economics, Management, other STEM fields, or Marketing. At least 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, content management, or sales support in hospitality/tourism. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of trade-channel dynamics (TO/TA, DMC, GDS). Good command of content management tools and Office/Adobe. Fluent in Italian and English.
