Convinced that ethics and aesthetics must coincide, Giorgio Armani expresses fundamental and enduring values his clothes. He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design. Context and Purpose of the job You will join the Emporio Armani Fashion Design Team. As a Junior Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and developing new outerwear collections that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with other Emporio Armani designers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality and style. Responsibilities
• Research and analyze seasonal trends and moods
• Develop outerwear designs through freehand sketching and dedicated design software
• Collaborate and exchange information with the entire design team to ensure consistency between the various product categories of the line
• Work with the Collection Merchandising team to develop a collection consistent with the brand’s DNA and commercial needs
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to bring the collection to fruition Descrizione profilo: Requirements
• Degree in Fashion Design
• 3
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Good freehand drawing ability
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Procreate
• Fluency in English
• Passion for fashion and a strong interest in various forms of art, visual culture and creative disciplines
• Strong sensitivity to fabrics and garment construction
• Strong creative mindset
• Precision and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills The base salary range for this position is 30.000
