Milan Contract: Full-time Working model: Flexible, combining office and (partially) remote work Start: As soon as possible ABOUT GIANO CAPITAL Giano Capital is the first European fund focused on single-asset secondaries in what we call "last stage" tech companies. Our portfolio includes Revolut, GetYourGuide, NEURA Robotics, Synthesia and others. We launched Fund I in 2023 and are now raising Giano Capital II with a pan-European and US outreach, supported by an expanding team across Europe and beyond. THE ROLE You will work directly with the Head of Investor Relations and the founding partners across fundraising, investor communication and co-investments. We work as a focused, entrepreneurial team rather than an over-structured multinational department, and we expect strong proactivity, ownership, critical thinking and a collaborative spirit at every level. You will see how a fund is raised from the inside and take real responsibility from day one. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Support fundraising and the day-to-day relationship with investors
• Create investor materials and presentations
• Design digital communication, from personalized email campaigns to landing pages
• Bring AI tools and new ways of working into our daily activity
• Help keep our investor data and processes organized
• Contribute to investor events and roadshows
• Take on whatever ad hoc tasks the team needs WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Genuine ambition to build a career in private markets and the alternative assets industry
• Strong, hands-on skills with AI tools, and real curiosity about applying new tools to improve how we work
• A "roll up your sleeves" attitude: no task is beneath anyone on the team
• Fluent English and (ideally) Italian; German or French is a plus
• Excellent presentation skills; experience in digital design (email campaigns, landing pages) is a strong plus
• Ability to assess and adapt to changing priorities, ad hoc requests and varying workloads, including periods of high pressure and tight deadlines
• Organized, precise and reliable, with strong writing skills and a professional, client-facing attitude
• Degree in finance, economics, management or similar; 1-3 years of experience would be a smooth fit

WHAT WE OFFER
• The chance to be part of a pioneering fund in one of the fastest-growing segments of private markets: secondaries in their purest form, direct single-asset secondaries
• Direct exposure to fundraising, LPs, family offices and private banks across Europe
• A steep learning curve in a fast-growing fund
• Working closely with the firm's top management, with a voice that is heard from day one
• Competitive package based on experience, plus attractive growth incentives
• Flexible working arrangements
