And we’re looking for a recent graduate or early-career profile who is curious, analytical and eager to learn, ready to take their first steps in a commercial, partnership-driven and data-oriented environment with us. 🧡 As a Partnership Manager Assistant – Graduate Internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare), you’ll support our Partnership Management and Business Development teams, helping to develop and grow relationships with partners while gaining hands-on experience in commercial activities, performance analysis and digital partnerships. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing and data-driven decision-making contribute to business growth in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. Your

responsibilities:
Support the Partnership Management and Business Development teams in their daily activities Monitor partner performance and prepare reports and analyses Identify opportunities to optimize partner campaigns and improve results Work extensively with Excel, data sets and performance metrics Build and maintain relationships with partners and support partner communications Generate insights to support business and commercial decisions Contribute to commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects

Your profile
Strong interest in partnerships, digital business and commercial activities Motivation to work in a fast-paced and partner-facing environment Analytical mindset and confidence working with data Good knowledge of Excel Structured and detail-oriented approach Curiosity and willingness to learn Interest in e-commerce, affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a plus Scientific or quantitative background is a plus Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2–C1) Based in Milan or nearby, with availability to join the office once a week. *Important* This role is offered as a Graduate Internship (Tirocinio extracurriculare) and must be activated through a university or accredited training institution (ente promotore).
