Job Summary The Tetra Pak Legal Affairs unit contributes to a profitable and sustainable business by anticipating and resolving legal issues, protecting innovation and our brands, and promoting good governance. Legal Affairs is headed by the Tetra Pak Group Executive Vice President and General Counsel, who leads a global team of more than 90 world class lawyers, patent and trademark attorneys, corporate governance, risk management and export control professionals. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and business driven lawyer to join our team, guiding and supporting activities across sales, marketing and sourcing operations in our South Europe market, serving customers across Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Israel. The position is permanent and based in Rubiera, Italy. You will report to the Vice President Legal Affairs Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and work in close collaboration with our Italian based legal team. What You Will Do As a Legal Counsel in the EMEA market organisation you will work closely with and provide legal advice to stakeholders across the full scope of Tetra Pak’s business. Main Responsibilities Advise stakeholders on complex legal and business risks across multiple jurisdictions. Advise business colleagues on all types of legal, governance and risk and strategic issues that arise in the course of market related activities, including a full variety of contracts, claims, disputes, anti-trust law, litigations, general corporate and commercial law, insolvency, export control, food/product safety, IPR and software, data protection, environment and other regulatory issues. Help to develop and implement policies, processes, template agreements, checklists and other supporting tools. Train and develop business and legal colleagues in various legal and governance areas. Help to select, manage, and develop external legal advisers. In this role, you are part of a team of lawyers across the whole region of EMEA. You will also interact with Legal Affairs colleagues from other geographies worldwide. We believe you have Profile Description We believe you have A law degree from a reputable university. Qualification to practice law in Italy is a plus. Five to eight years of experience working for a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department in a multinational business. Experience in advising on complex commercial legal matters in a multinational environment is a prerequisite. You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken, with excellent drafting and communication skills. As a person you are a driven, resourceful and quick self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage senior stakeholder expectations. You are a strategic thinker who can apply your intellect and creativity in providing sound risk assessments and innovative legal solutions. You are curious, practical, persuasive and a team-player with the ability to collaborate at all levels and across our global and multicultural activities. EU Pay Transparency Tetra Pak provides the following compensation indication in good faith as a guide to what may be paid and/or offered for this position. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role, level and the applicable local market conditions on a full-time basis. For part-time or alternative schedules, pay will be proportionately adjusted based on contractual

Within the applicable range, individual pay is determined based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, consistent with our commitment to pay equity. Below is an indication of the compensation and benefits typically offered for this position. Gross annual base salary range: EUR 71,209.57 – 91,550.14 Variable pay: This role is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive subject to company and individual performance
