· 6–12 months You'll work alongside BE-COME's founder and senior advisors on live transactions, supporting legal documentation, due diligence and execution.
What you'll do
• Assist with shareholders' agreements, share purchase agreements, SAFEs and corporate documents.
• Organise data rooms and track due diligence requests.
• Summarise documents, outstanding issues and next steps.
• Coordinate signatures, closing documents and post-closing follow-ups.
• Keep transaction files, deadlines and action lists up to date. Who we're looking for A recent law graduate or trainee lawyer with up to one year of experience and a strong interest in corporate law and transactions. You write clearly, check details and follow through. You enjoy organising work, chasing missing information and keeping tasks moving. When something is unclear or a deadline is at risk, you flag it early. Excellent Italian, good legal English and confidence with Word and Excel are required. Familiarity with digital and AI tools is a plus. What you'll gain A paid 6–12 month traineeship, valid for pratica forense, with direct guidance from the founder, regular feedback and increasing responsibility as your skills develop.
