Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics Your role at KIKO MILANO we are looking for a Social Media Intern to join our Global Brand Communication team. In this role, you will support the execution of social media activities across key platforms, contribute to content development and help strengthen brand visibility, engagement and relevance across In particular, you will:
• Support the planning and execution of the Global Social Media Editorial Calendar across Instagram and TikTok.
• Assist in social media copywriting, content scheduling and publishing activities.
• Contribute to the creation of social-first content, supporting photo and video production, live event coverage and content adaptation for different platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging formats and cultural conversations to identify new content opportunities.
• Support the coordination of internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners involved in content creation.
• Assist in managing communication with international markets, ensuring alignment on editorial plans, assets and guidelines.
• Support social media reporting activities, performance analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Prepare presentations, campaign recaps and internal communication materials. What you will need to succeed •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or a related field, either ongoing or recently completed. •Strong interest in social media, digital communication and content creation. •Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and the latest social media trends. •Passion for beauty, cosmetics and the digital landscape. •Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar platforms. •Analytical mindset and interest in social media performance metrics. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken. •Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic international environment.
