Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
• Advising on software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, and technology agreements
• Supporting product, sales, procurement, and commercial teams on strategic transactions
• Advising on licensing, intellectual property, and technology-related matters
• Negotiating customer, supplier, reseller, and partnership agreements
• Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders across the organisation
• Supporting regulatory and compliance matters affecting digital products and services About You
• Qualified lawyer in Italy
• Based in Milan
• 7+ PQE
• Strong experience in:
• Commercial contracts
• Software licensing
• SaaS agreements
• Cloud services agreements
• Technology transactions
• Intellectual Property and licensing
• Previous experience within a technology, software, SaaS, cloud, digital, or telecommunications business
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Fluent Italian and English language skills Contract Details
• Immediate start preferred
• Initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension
• Hybrid working model
