TXT Quence, parte del Gruppo TXT, è alla ricerca di una figura di Junior IT Process & Tools Consultant da inserire in stage all’interno del proprio team in espansione.
La risorsa lavorerà a fianco di consulenti esperti e a diretto contatto con diversi clienti, supportandoli nell’analisi, ottimizzazione e miglioramento dei processi IT. Si occuperà inoltre della configurazione, personalizzazione e automazione di strumenti e piattaforme IT, partecipando alle attività di testing.
Il ruolo combina consulenza, analisi dei requisiti e configurazione tecnica, offrendo l’opportunità di sviluppare sia competenze nella relazione con il cliente sia esperienza pratica nell’utilizzo di tecnologie e strumenti negli ambiti IT Process Management, ALM, ITSM, DevOps e Test Automation.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
• Understand clients’ business context, processes, and needs through requirements gathering and analysis activities.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to define solutions that address client requirements.
• Configure and customize IT tools and platforms based on collected requirements.
• Design and configure workflows, dashboards, automations, and other platform functionalities.
• Identify repetitive or inefficient activities and contribute to their simplification and automation.
• Support integrations between different tools and systems.
• Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) activities, from test case definition to execution and result validation.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Test Automation solutions.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and solution documentation activities.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and testing processes.
• Support user training and solution adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients throughout the various phases of project delivery. Technical skills required:
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Basic scripting and/or programming skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools and technologies. The profile is complemented by strong communication and active listening skills, a customer-oriented approach, analytical and problem-solving abilities, curiosity and a willingness to learn, a strong teamworking attitude, attention to detail, proactivity, flexibility, and adaptability.
