• €1,050 gross monthly cash compensation
• €1,000 signing bonus when you sign your contract

What you'll do
• Support customers of a digital banking service in Italian and English
• Resolve account, payment, and product questions clearly and accurately
• Work on-site in Lisbon with a team of colleagues Who we're looking for
• Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
• EU passport holder, so no visa needed
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
• Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site Your schedule
• 40 hours per week
• 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
