In addition, the MLC PowerPoint Add-in enhances productivity by automating key design tasks so clients can focus on strategic content and storytelling. Role Description The Jr. Management Engineer and Project Manager [Intern.] role is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan. In this role, the intern supports project planning, coordination, and execution for client presentation design engagements, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, assisting with workflow optimization, and contributing to documentation and reporting on project progress. The intern collaborates closely with consultants and designers, helping translate business narratives into structured project tasks and supporting the implementation of Lean Presentation Design processes. The role also involves proactive communication with internal stakeholders, participation in internal process improvements, and support in organizing training sessions or workshops for clients. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to support project planning, data interpretation, and process optimization.
• Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients.
• Foundational knowledge of information security and network security to support secure handling of client materials and internal systems.
• Troubleshooting abilities to address technical and process-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in project management, consulting, and corporate communications, with the ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
• Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) and good command of productivity software (e.g., Excel, project management tools).
• Ability to work on-site in Milan, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
