- Technical Marketing presso la sede di Ancona, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Technical Product Manager, con livello di esperienza aperto sia a profili Junior sia Senior. In questo ruolo sarai il punto di collegamento tra il mondo R&D e il mercato, contribuendo alla definizione delle strategie e dell'evoluzione del nostro portafoglio prodotti. Le principali responsabilità
• Technology Assessment: valutare e selezionare tecnologie hardware e software (SoC, piattaforme HW/SW) per lo sviluppo dei prodotti futuri.
• Market Intelligence: analizzare mercato, trend e competitor per identificare opportunità di crescita e innovazione.
• Product Roadmap: definire nuove funzionalità e soluzioni per l'evoluzione del portfolio Broadband e VoIP.
• Sales Enablement: sviluppare posizionamento, value proposition e strumenti a supporto del team Sales. Chi cerchiamo Requisiti comuni:
• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, Telecomunicazioni o discipline ICT.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, anche in contesti tecnici.
• Forte interesse per le tecnologie di networking e telecomunicazione.
• Spiccate capacità comunicative, relazionali e di collaborazione cross-funzionale. Profilo Junior Ideale per candidati che desiderano sviluppare un percorso professionale nel Product Management tecnologico.
• Solide basi tecniche e interesse per il mercato delle telecomunicazioni.
• Capacità di comprendere architetture tecnologiche e partecipare a discussioni tecniche.
• Attitudine all'analisi, curiosità e volontà di apprendere. Profilo Senior Ricerchiamo professionisti con esperienza consolidata che possano contribuire attivamente alla definizione della strategia di prodotto.
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale post-laurea.
• Capacità di gestire discussioni tecniche complesse con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
• Esperienza nella definizione di roadmap, nella valutazione di nuove tecnologie e nel posizionamento di prodotti tecnologici.
• Approccio strategico e orientamento al business. Costituiscono un plus
• Esperienza nel settore Networking, IP, Ethernet, VoIP o Broadband Access.
• Esperienza in attività di Product Marketing o Marketing B2B in aziende tecnologiche.
• Conoscenza dei mercati e degli ecosistemi delle telecomunicazioni. Cosa offriamo

- Technical Marketing team in Ancona, Italy. This opportunity is open to both Junior and Senior professionals, offering a growth path tailored to your experience and expertise. In this role, you will act as the bridge between R&D and the market, contributing to the strategy, development, and positioning of our Broadband and VoIP product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Technology Assessment: evaluate and select hardware and software technologies (SoCs, HW/SW platforms) that will form the foundation of future products.
• Market Intelligence: analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Product Roadmap: define new features and solutions to drive the evolution of the Broadband and VoIP portfolio.
• Sales Enablement: develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to support the Sales team and accelerate business growth. What We're Looking For Core Requirements
• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related ICT discipline.
• Excellent command of English, including technical communication.
• Strong interest in telecommunications, networking technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Junior Profile This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in technical product management.
• Solid technical foundations and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Ability to understand technical architectures and participate in technical discussions.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow within a product-focused environment. Senior Profile We are also interested in experienced professionals who can play a strategic role in shaping product direction.
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in technology evaluation, product strategy, roadmap definition, and market positioning.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Nice to Have
• Experience in Networking, IP, Ethernet, VoIP, or Broadband Access technologies.
• Experience in Product Marketing or B2B Marketing within technology-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of telecommunications markets and ecosystems.
