Role Description This full-time, on-site Magazine role is based in Gavignano and focuses on creating and managing content related to agriculture and allied sectors. Daily responsibilities include planning and organizing magazine issues, coordinating with contributors, and conducting research to develop accurate, timely, and relevant articles. The role involves working with editorial and sales teams to align content with publication objectives and audience interests, as well as supporting the promotion and distribution of magazine publications. The team member may also assist with photography selection or coordination, ensuring visual materials complement written content. Collaboration with internal departments and external partners is expected to maintain high editorial standards and meet publication deadlines. Qualifications
• Experience with magazines and publications, including planning issues, coordinating content, and understanding editorial workflows.
• Strong sales capabilities related to magazine subscriptions, advertising, and relationship-building with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in research to develop accurate, well-informed articles and features, especially within agricultural or rural sectors.
• Basic photography skills or the ability to collaborate effectively with photographers to source and select quality visual content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work on-site in Gavignano, manage multiple tasks, and meet publication deadlines.
• Familiarity with editorial tools, layout software, or content management systems is an advantage.
• Prior experience in media, journalism, agricultural communication, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
