A. is seeking Flight Dispatchers / Operations Control Officers to join its Operations Control Center (OCC) at the company's headquarters in Milan Malpensa, Italy. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Airline Operations Control Center (OCC) or Flight Dispatch environment.
• Successful completion of a Flight Dispatch training program or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of Flight Planning systems (experience with Jeppesen JetPlanner is preferred).
• Familiarity with Crew Management systems and Flight Time Limitations (FTL) regulations and applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License is considered an advantage.
