About the Company
Step into the world of timeless Italian luxury at Palazzo Tornabuoni, a 15th-century palazzo turned into Florence's first exclusive Private Residence Club. Nestled in the heart of the Renaissance city, this iconic property is managed by Fingen Group, a leading Italian retail and real estate company renowned for its commitment to excellence and Italian style essence.
About the Role
The Guest Services Agent/Doorman will be responsible for:
• members transports
• greeting members and guests
• assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure
• managing errands, parcels and shopping bags
• assisting with the event set up
• delivering grocery to the members and guest
• ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the entrance and luggage storage room
• assisting members and guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, adding personal recommendations and touches to provide the highest levels of service excellence
Responsibilities:
Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach. You must possess a valid driving license and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application. Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position. Required
