We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Information Technology (IT) department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. As our IT Business Partner you will be responsible for the evolution, maintenance, and optimization of application solutions supporting business processes. Coordinates the entire lifecycle of assigned IT initiatives, from requirements gathering through production release and ongoing operational support, ensuring service quality, system reliability, adherence to timelines and budgets, and stakeholder satisfaction. Acts as a key point of contact for business functions, external vendors, and internal IT teams, ensuring that digital solutions effectively support the Group's strategic objectives. What You Will Do Project Management
• Manage IT and Digital projects from analysis and requirements gathering through go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Plan project activities, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies Business Relationship Management
• Partner with business functions to understand needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the definition and prioritization of enhancement initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of implemented solutions. Application Ownership & Maintenance
• Coordinate corrective, preventive, and enhancement maintenance activities for business applications.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change requests in collaboration with the IT Service Desk.
• Prepare and maintain functional and application documentation.
• Define and drive the application roadmap for assigned systems. Supplier Management
• Manage relationships with vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Coordinate operational and project activities outsourced to external providers.
• Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contractual obligations.
• Support vendor evaluation and selection processes.
• Monitor costs and service expenditures related to outsourced activities. User Support & Change Management
• Coordinate user training activities.
• Support business functions during the adoption of new solutions and processes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to key users and business stakeholders. Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) project management.
• Experience managing external vendors and technology partners.
• Experience in the maintenance and governance of enterprise application systems.
• Experience working in multinational organizations and cross-functional environments.
• Previous experience within manufacturing or consumer goods companies is considered a plus.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Business Analytics solutions is considered a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience managing IT projects within consulting firms or medium-to-large organizations.
• Strong initiative and proactive mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and develop.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
