· Full-Time Natasha Slater Studio is a Milan-based communications agency working across luxury, fashion, hospitality, design, culture and lifestyle. We are looking for a PR & Influencer Relations Coordinator to join our team full-time in Milan. This is a hands-on press office role for someone who genuinely enjoys the social side of PR. To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of direct PR experience, either agency-side or in-house. By PR experience, we mean genuine day-to-day experience in:
• Media relations
• Journalist outreach
• Pitching stories and products
• Press placements
• Press office management
• Influencer and talent relations
• Press events and launches We are not looking for candidates whose experience is primarily in social media, digital marketing, events, content creation or general marketing without direct media relations experience. WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
• Building and managing relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers, creators and talent
• Proactively pitching clients, stories and products to media
• Developing press and influencer opportunities across our client portfolio
• Writing press releases, pitches and media materials
• Managing press requests, interviews, samples and placements
• Coordinating influencer and talent seeding
• Supporting press events, launches, Fashion Week and brand activations
• Attending industry events, dinners, openings and client activations as part of the role
• Monitoring coverage and preparing client reports
• Maintaining and expanding media and talent databases
• Working closely with the PR Manager and Founder across multiple client accounts WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 2 years' hands-on PR or press-office experience
• Existing relationships with Italian media, journalists and/or talent
• Strong writing and pitching skills
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken
• Excellent organisation and follow-through
• Genuine interest in fashion, luxury, hospitality, design and popular culture
• Highly social, confident and comfortable meeting new people
• Someone who enjoys being out at events and building relationships face-to-face
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment
• Flexible around key industry moments, including occasional evening events, Fashion Week, Design Week, dinners and launches
• Based in Milan or ready to relocate Previous experience in a fashion, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle PR agency is a strong advantage. This is not an internship or entry-level graduate role. CONTRACT & SALARYFull-time position based in Milan RAL: €25,000 This is a hands-on role for someone with a minimum of two years' relevant PR experience who wants to develop quickly within an independent and growing communications agency. The position includes attendance at selected evening events, launches, dinners, Fashion Week and Design Week activities. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the social side of PR, likes being out meeting journalists, talent and industry contacts, and is flexible around key industry moments.
